Age 94, of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 11 at 10 a.m. Mary’s of the Lake Church, 905 Decatur St., Watkins Glen. He was born in Flushing, NY on December 16, 1949, the son of the late Clarence and Rena (Centurelli) Hoffman. He married the love of his life, Paula, on April 14, 1990 in Cayuta. He worked construction for New York State, worked at Kolar Machine and Alpine Machine, drove bus at the Special Children’s Center, owned many rental properties and was a farmer.
Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery will be held at the convenience of his family. George graduated from Odessa High School and served with the U. He enjoyed hunting, camping, family gatherings, buffets, and most of all spending time with his family and his loyal fur babies Sammy and Tyson.
At the time of his illness, Brian was working at the Town of Cayuta Highway Department.
Brian’s passions were his family, friends, and garden tractor pulls.
After graduating she worked for several years at Glen National Bank. Norma loved living in Watkins Glen, choosing to stay there even in her retirement. She had many passions and talents that she pursued throughout the years.
